The staff were really helpful and know their duties. I appreciated that the room was huge and spotless with wonderful terrace. The food was good overall.

Rooms here are bright and come with a lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing. the staff is friendly and always willing to assist. the hotel features a nice balcony and a cozy living area 🌞.

We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was nicely appointed and fabulous and had MAGNIFICENT location just off a cozy old town of Alzano Sopra and tram and a restaurant with good food at amazingly reasonable prices.

We had the most just perfect few days there. Everyone was helpful and friendly. - the breakfast had lots of options: coffee, tea, and cookies. - the location was excellent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Basilica di San Martino.

Mind-blowing stay with super clean and spacious rooms, free wifi, flat-screen TV, shared kitchen, and VIP check-in/out. Jaw-dropping location near tram station, cafeterias, and pizzerias. Parking was easy, and the self-serve breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

The rooms are spacious and come with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a work desk.

I had a wonderful stay at B&B Del Gran Ducato. I stayed for a few nights with my wife and kids and we were all impressed. The lady owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and has a warm atmosphere. We loved the free espresso machine and the Jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. The location is great, with a charming old town nearby and easy access to public transportation.

Can just recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few tram stops away from the central rail station of Bergamo. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The cozy lounge room, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, was a nice touch. I especially appreciated the clean and well-furnished room and bathroom. The interior design had a tasteful touch, creating a pleasant ambiance. Lastly, the warm hospitality of the host made my stay all the more enjoyable.

While the beds were comfortable, they did produce some noise. This could be improved for a more peaceful sleep.

Stayed at a B&B. yawn. Lovely garden, comfy lounge, and a terrace for sunbathing. Got my daily dose of Italian breakfast. Oh, and free WiFi, because who can survive without it?

Can't believe they didn't have a private jet to pick me up from the airport. Unacceptable.

Staying here was like being in a botanical garden, surrounded by nature. Loved the breakfast with an Italian twist. The airport being 9km away was just an added bonus, who doesn't love planes flying overhead?

Clearly, I came for the noisy neighborhood and the lack of charm, otherwise why would I have complained about it? Silly me.
